Johannes Nordin

Research Fellow

Johannes is a Junior Research Fellow at the Institute for Security and Development Policy (ISDP). At ISDP’s Strategic Consultancy, he follows geopolitical developments across Eurasia and the Indo-Pacific.

His main research interests include EU tech and energy policy, Sino-European relations, and nuclear non-proliferation. Apart from ISDP and IDRN, Johannes is a member of BASIC’s Emerging Voices Network.

He is currently involved in the Youth Leader Fund for a World without Nuclear Weapons, organized by the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, and is also a participant in the 2024 Foreign Policy Academy of the Stockholm Free World Forum. 

Johannes holds a MSc in International and European Relations and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Linköping University, Sweden, with prior work experience in the public and non-profit sectors.
